Back at it

OK, and we're back in business. Of course I wish I had been writing down stories for the past two weeks of funny things Anna has said but I didn't, so lets see what I can drum up....

2 and a half is HARD!  It is non-stop and we are constantly pulling new tricks to try and settle the crazy emotions that she can't control. On the other hand, she is sweet and loving and extremely conversational. Every day brings new challenges and more smiles. Quinny is doing great, enjoying school, getting chubby and loves to he held. He has this little pig squeal he does when you begin to put him down, so then of course I just pick him right back up. I LOVE to snuggle that little boy so much! Weekends are full of family fun, we countdown the days and hours until we can just hang together and not be the weekly rush of things. Greg took Anna to Target this weekend and picked out her costume for Halloween.....YES SHE REALLY PUT ON A COSTUME AND LIKES IT! So cool! Buuuut.....it's constantly, "I want to go to Ta-tober (October) now!"sorry Anna, we can just make it October 31st.

Anna & Jake hanging out in the bed of Dad's truck....why do I have this feeling that we're going to have this same photo in about 15 years from now?

Hanging with GG on the beach in their super cool hats.

Resting with Daddy.

Reading books to Quinn.

Phew!

We made it! Dropping Quinn off at school was successful and full of many tears. Miss Melissa took him in the morning and they had a lot of fun together, even went to visit Anna. When I got there Miss Hailey was changing him and said he was SUCH a good and quiet boy. He had a great day. They send home a nice detailed report so we know everything he did. Hailey also held off his 3rd bottle so I could nurse him when we got home, perfect! Lets see if I can not cry tomorrow.....
