Anna's Christmas pageant at church

So proud of this little girl, she's been attending K-5 Alive every Wednesday evening since September, where she practices for the pagent, has bible class, dinner & games with the youth from church. Great work today Anna girl! 

Day 4

This morning we went Christmas tree hunting and found a nice big fat tree this year...

We then headed into Valle Crucis for a picnic lunch at the park and a visit to the Mast General Store for our annual candy & apple butter purchase. 

Now I'm sitting on the porch rocking Madeline through a nap while chatting with Q-man and enjoying this outstanding view. 

Day 3

An early morning hike up rough ridge,..

Followed by some Black Friday shopping..

Followed by a perfect mountain sunset 

Day 2

Dads cozy time with his giirls watching the Macy's TG parade 

We took the kids on a 3.5 mile hike in the woods. Anna made it the whole way, Quinn made it glial for then the rest on Gregs shoulders and Madeline was strapped to my back the whole time.
