So, I've had all these little notes hanging around that I've been meaning to blog, or write in Anna's baby book and have yet to get to, so I'm going to list them here, that way I have them somewhere permanent and can laugh & giggle about them later on.
Anna was baking with Mom one afternoon and she told her, "Hold on Grandma, I need to find the egg powder"
Anna had her sneakers on and wanted to get them off so she asked me, "Mom can you tie out my sneakers?" (untie) Same with gifts, "Mom, can you help me wrap out this? (unwrap)
Anna got money for her birthday and said, "I can bring this to church for Pastor Randy"
Way back when, when times out were happening often, we put Anna in time out at Mom & Dad's house for not apologizing, when it was time to come out, we asked her to apologize but she didn't so we said, "OK, back to time out then" as we were walking her back to the step she says, "Again?! I just did time out?!"
When it was Quinn's birthday, Anna kept asking about hers. When a man at the blueberry patch asked her how old she was, Anna responded, "3, and my brother is going to be 1 this weekend" and the man said, "How old are you going to be on your birthday?" Anna says, "7, that's when I can drive, right mom?"
We were at the park last week and I needed to use the bathroom so I took both kids in with me and we used the handicap stall so all 3 of us could fit and let Quinn run around. Well that didn't make a difference. The minute I put Quinn down he crawls right under all the stalls and starts running around the bathroom yelling because he likes hearing his echo - and of course Anna follows. Good thing it was 8:30 and a rainy morning so no one was around.
Anna had a great time using this on Pop
