Refusing to sleep in her bed

Anna's been in our for the past two nights because we aunt Kayla and uncle Matt are staying in her room. Last night she would not sleep on her mattress, well actually she wouldn't go to sleep period, so I ended up going to bed with her in our bed. Tonight we put her on her mattress and she was out like a light because if no nap so I finally go in to check on her and she sneakily climbed up into our bed to fall asleep. Silly goose.

Soccer update: Thursday at practice Anna cried hysterically the whole time which made her throw up all over herself and Greg. The coach tried to roll a ball to her and she just cried and cried. And wouldn't have any part of it. This morning she had her first game so I had to wake her up at 7:30 (she was sound asleep from the story above) and was NOT happy about being taken out of bed, when I told her it was because we had to go to a soccer game she was really not happy, "I already did that!!!" So I had to explain that was practice and this is a game. Finally got her dressed and out the door, we stopped for McDonald breakfast to hopefully ease the morning. Once we got there we found the field, got the uniform shirt and met some friends. I told Anna that she could just watch for a few minutes but then had to get out there and she was ok with that. When I told her it was time to get in the field she told me "2 minutes is not up yet". Ugh! Finally made her go out there and she did and just stood for the whole game. She sat with the team for halftime and had a water break and when they went back on the field she just stood in the middle and watched. At the end I told Anna I was very proud of her because she didn't cry or "spit up" as Anna added in, and that she was on the field the whole time. She was very happy. Coach Travis and I decided that maybe on Thursday or Saturday we will try to add one more thing, maybe running or kicking but that progress has been made and that's what is important.
